Pat co leads Deloitte’s North American Carbon Management Services practice. She has consulted for many companies with respect to management of energy risk and this increasingly includes addressing carbon exposures. She has assisted clients in the identification of climate change risks, establishment of organization structure and governance for climate change, and the creation of climate change strategies. Her experience also includes the assessment and development of internal controls associated with GHG emissions reporting and carbon trading.

Pat is also co-chair of the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA) Measurement, Reporting and Verification work group

Previous to joining Deloitte 12 years ago, Pat spent 19 years with Ontario Hydro, where she was responsible for the commitment and dispatch of a fleet of fossil fired power plants. As a professional engineer and risk management consultant, Pat understands the impacts of climate change on energy company operations and risk profiles.
Pat holds a B.Sc. Engineering (University of Guelph), and an MBA (University of Toronto). She is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.
