As Vice President at SAIC, Mr., Mondshine is responsible for business development related to strategic risk management associated with water, waste, energy and climate change. For the last 16 years, he has been responsible for the management and technical guidance of all climate change policy and management consulting activities at SAIC. He led a practice of 25 professionals that provide emissions accounting, strategic planning, project design and implementation, project certification, metering, monitoring and verification, and project reporting. His clients include Chevron, OGE Energy, Marathon Oil, Sacramento Municipal Utility District, Bank of America, The Climate Registry, U.S. EPA and the U.S. Department of Energy. Mr. Mondshine has been named to the UNFCCC Roster of Experts on greenhouse gas emissions inventory preparation and baseline methods for JI and CDM projects. He was recently recognized by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change for his contributions to their receipt of the Nobel Peace Prize. Mr. Mondshine holds a Masters in Public Policy from Georgetown University.
