M. Scott Weaver

Scott Weaver is a vice president and practice leader for air quality services at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). SAIC is a FORTUNE 500® scientific, engineering and technology applications company that uses its deep domain knowledge to solve problems of vital importance to the nation and the world, in national security, energy and the environment, critical infrastructure, and health.

Mr. Weaver has extensive experience in the field of air pollution regulation, having provided public and private clients with solutions to complex regulatory and technical matters in this field for eighteen years. He has a deep understanding of how Clean Air Act regulation is applied to industry through his work with a variety of industrial sectors including energy, oil and gas, mining and manufacturing. He also has much experience with the transportation sector and its regulation under the transportation conformity program.

Mr. Weaver is a Registered Environmental Assessor with the State of California and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Mr. Weaver lives in Pasadena, California with his wife, Stacy, and their two children.
